Three kinds of message are genuinely useful to us, and one kind we cannot help with at all.

Write if you know a hotel that belongs in one of the four sections and can say why. Write if something in an entry is factually wrong: a changed name, a changed operator, a building that no longer works as a hotel. Write if you are the hotel and want a detail corrected or removed. We read everything and we correct in public.

We do not book rooms, check availability, hold reservations or pass enquiries on to hotels. A message asking for a room cannot be answered here; it has to go to the hotel directly. Replies usually take a few working days, and corrections are made before they are acknowledged.
